    Zhejiang Zili Machinery Co., Ltd was established in 2004 with headquarter located in Xinchang County that is recognized as the national outstanding Science and Technology Development County and the Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Base. It is a subsidiary of Zhongbao Holding Group and consists of Textile Machinery Parts Business Department and Precision Sheet Metal Business Department. The company’s registered capital is 34.710 million RMB and the annual production capacity exceeds 1 billion RMB.

    The company owns 50 patents and 30 key technologies. It has established a Provincial Hi- tech Enterprise Research Center and 800sq.m central offices and installed the advanced design tool-Pro/E and products and production procedure management tool- Windchill both from PTC USA. In addition, it is equipped with a measuring room, a prototype room and a thermostatic products testing room.
